Return Policy:

All sales are final. However, if defects are found in the product that were not shown or described in the photos and descriptions, a replacement, full refund, or other agreed upon compensation may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support email at [contact@nichenet.co] and provide a description of the defect along with photos of the item and order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines. In such cases, we will try our best to reach an agreement that satisfy both parties.

Pre - Order info:

Depending on the complexity of the item, Pre - Orders can range from 2-4 months to arrive. T-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies tend to arrive in 2 months while jewelry can take around 3-4 months. We try our best to keep our community informed on the status updates of our products in relation to the production process. If curious about your item, updates can be found on our Instagram, Discord, or directly contacting us on our customer support email at [contact@nichenet.co].

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order will ship once the pre order item is on hand with all items arriving in the same package. If you wish to have to your in stock item ship first, please send a note with your order #. This applies only to domestic (USA) shipments.

Sizing Style:

We currently use LA Apparel blanks for all of our t-shirts, long sleeves, crewnecks, and hoodies. These garments are known to have an oversized fit, which means they run larger than traditional sizes. We recommend purchasing the size you usually wear for the preferred relaxed/baggy look. That being said however, we also recommend looking at the size chart provided in the listings and comparing it to the clothes you already wear to ensure you are purchasing the size you desire.

All other garments (pants, jackets, etc.) will all vary in sizing and fitment. Be sure to read the provided size chart of these garments to ensure you are confident in your purchase. Delivery:

All in-stock items we aim to deliver within 1-5 business days of ordering. For items that are identified to be a pre order, we aim to deliver upon this same principle once it is delivered to our fufillment location. We will be giving updates as notable events occur for all pre order items to ensure a positive experience and transparency within our community. For domestic (USA) shipments, expect packages to take 2-7 business days of transit time. For international orders, delivery may take up to 7-18 business days.
